These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SSAlert, a Telegram bot service for monitoring classifieds on SS.lv. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

SSAlert is a notification service that monitors SS.lv, Latvia's classifieds website, and sends you Telegram notifications when new listings match your specified criteria. We are not affiliated with SS.lv.

The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of listing data from SS.lv
• That all matching listings will be detected
• Specific notification delivery times
• Continuous, uninterrupted service availability

2. Account and Eligibility

To use SSAlert, you must:

• Have a valid Telegram account
• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate information when required
• Not use the service for any illegal purposes

3. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Free: Limited features at no cost
• Basic (€5/month): Extended features including more filters and faster checks
• Pro (€15/month): Full access to all features including multi-district filtering

All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Paid plans are purchased as one-time payments for 30 days of access
• Access begins immediately upon successful payment
• No automatic renewals - you choose when to purchase again

5. Access Period and Renewal

• Each purchase grants 30 days of access to the selected plan
• You will receive a notification before your access expires
• To continue using paid features, purchase a new 30-day period
• If you do not renew, your account reverts to the Free plan

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, spam, or harm others
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the service
• Use automated systems to abuse the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Use the service for commercial scraping of SS.lv

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

SSAlert, including its code, design, and content, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without written permission.

Listing data displayed in notifications belongs to the respective listing owners on SS.lv.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party actions, including SS.lv or Telegram
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our notifications

9. Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service
• Change features included in subscription plans
• Update these Terms with reasonable notice

Material changes will be communicated via Telegram or email with at least 14 days notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jelgava, Latvia.
